We now have 45 Presidents of the United States of America. We’re not counting Trump twice even though he will be the 47th President, like Grover Cleveland, due to non-consecutive terms. I became curious about the Nine Star Ki of our U.S. Presidents, given that I knew off the top of my head that several recent past presidents have been the 9 Fire Star (Clinton, Bush Jr., Trump).

The 9 Fire star often describes the kind of personality which would not surprise anyone, as having the charisma and other traits associated with the fire element. As it turns out, of all the nine stars, we have had more 9 Fire Star presidents than most of the other stars.  They constitute 17.7% of all our presidents. I wonder if it has anything to do with our country, in particular, or if a larger poll could be tabulated for leaders in other countries.  President Putin, for example, is a 3 Wood Star person, like Barack Obama.

I was surprised when I did the tally because I thought we would have had more 6 Metal star presidents, but they actually ranked very low. Only two past presidents have been the 6 Metal star. The 6 Metal star is symbolic of the military and the government. Quite a few past U.S. presidents have come from the military or have been past governors or senators. Israel’s President Netanyahu is a 6 Metal Star.

I was also surprised that so few past U.S. presidents, only two, have been the 5 Earth star. The 5 star is associated with “the Emperor” and someone who can easily be a politician, larger than life and a public figure. One of those was Thomas Jefferson.  We have also only had two past presidents who were the 1 Water Star. This is not so surprising since the 1 Water star people can be more emotional, sensitive, creative artist types and may not easily have an appetite for the mud-slinging associated with politics.

7 Metal Star presidents ranked the same as the 9 Star presidents, with eight men at 17.7% of the total.  The 7 Metal star people can be smooth-talkers, charismatic and have other qualities which help them delegate and negotiate. One of our most famous 7 Metal Star presidents was Benjamin Franklin.  Vice presidents don’t have a great track record for succeeding into the Presidency, but let’s bookmark the upcoming V.P. JD Vance who is a 7 Metal star person and we’ll see what happens.

8 Earth Star presidents have totaled six at 13.3%. The character traits of 8 Earth Star people can include stubbornness and being “grounded” so that they might be seen as a pillar of strength or fortitude.  Our first president George Washington was an 8 Earth Star person.

We’ve had five 4 Wood Star presidents and four 3 Wood Star presidents.

Ranking the highest at 20% has been nine men who were the 2 Earth Star, including Abraham Lincoln. 2 Earth star people can be very service-oriented and the men tend to display empathy.  This includes John F. Kennedy. The 2 Earth star is related to the energy of the mother and nurturer. In a patriarchal society, we could modify this to say that the 2 star is a natural parent or caretaker.

China’s Xi Jinping is a 2 Earth star person if we can believe his birth year is actually 1953. In Chinese culture and with the pervasive belief in astrology, it is very common to not disclose the actual birth date. There is a public birth date and a private birth date, precisely so that people will not know too much about you.

Of course, there is more to each person’s energy, personality, and agenda than the year they were born. When time permits, I can go deeper into the Nine Star Ki charts for our presidents. We also resonate with the energy of the month we were born and we have a “Tendency” star which reveals how other people see us, whether or not that is who we are deep inside.

In researching the birth dates of our U.S. presidents, I also noted the coincidence that both John Adams and Thomas Jefferson died on the same day and it was on the 4th of July, 1836.
